Of medieval origin, Auvernier is the most beautiful village in the wine growing area of Neuchâtel's canton. The 23 hectares composed of various vineyards around of Auvernier enjoy the reflected sun light from the lake of Neuchâtel all the year round. Chasselas, Black Pinot, Pinot Gris Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Gamaret and Garanoir Galotta take advantage of these conditions, combined with a clay and limestone soil deep enough, and allow the development of rich wines, fruity and long finish.
Our domains are located on the North bank of Lake Neuchâtel. The vineyards enjoy South-South West exposure allowing for the ideal amount of sunshine. Our vines are always pruned using the Guyot method, with cultivation at mid-hight. These magnificent estates contribute significantly to the reputation of the vineyard and to Neuchâtel wines
